Terms of Use
Last updated: April 25, 2026
By using laelapx.com or submitting one of our early-access forms, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain-language because the site is pre-launch and the product is still taking shape.
Pre-launch nature
This site describes a product that is not yet generally available. Submitting your information requests consideration for early access — it does not guarantee acceptance, a Snapshot, a partnership, or any specific feature. Product scope, pricing, and availability may change.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest the site;
- reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to recreate the Laelapx product, brand, or copy;
- submit false information, spam, or abusive content via the forms;
- interfere with the site's operation or security.
Submitted content
If you share a pitch deck or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You retain ownership; we use them solely to evaluate Snapshot prototypes and to communicate with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
No warranties
The site and any pre-launch product references are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — about fitness for a particular purpose, fundraising outcomes, the accuracy of any analysis, or the availability of investor matches. Anything you do based on Laelapx output is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laelapx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any pre-launch materials, including lost profits, lost fundraising opportunities, or lost data.
Intellectual property
The Laelapx name, branding, copy, design, and code are the property of Laelapx and its operators. The fictional "Northwind Health" sample on this site is for illustration only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. (This jurisdiction is a placeholder; we will update it as the company is formally established.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
